Our 1 Day Emergency First Aid at Work course is our most popular for low risk environments and is tailored to your requirements. It's interactive, engaging and prepares people to provide immediate life saving First Aid. This course fully complies with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and is consistent with ERC 2021/ILCOR2021/UK Resuscitation Council Guidelines.

“Having completed several first aid courses over the years where some guy or girl tells an uninterested audience, boring and horrific stories for about 6 pain staking, clock watching hours I can honestly say these guys are at the other end of the scale. I've just completed the Emergency First Aid at work course with Life Saving Training and it was great! Having the course broken down into practical hands on activities is great, however having the course tailored to each and every clients’ profession or discipline discussing potential situations was outstanding.
