Expert-Led Training from Mountain Rescue Medics

First Aid Trainers in Newcastle - Mountain Rescue Medics

Founded by Ian and Helena, our approach is built on real-world experience and delivering training based on the latest scientific, medical research. When we’re not in the classroom, we’re active Mountain Rescue medics. We know first-hand that emergencies don’t happen in clean, brightly lit offices. They happen in the rain, the school car park, on factory floors, and in remote environments. We bring that practical, high-pressure expertise to you and your team.

Why Choose Our First Aid Courses in Newcastle?

We’re tired of the “tick-box” culture often found in our industry. Instead, we provide evidence-based, well-thought-out training that sticks.

  • Beyond the Training Room: We focus on the “why,” turning your team into competent, resourceful First Aiders who can think on their feet rather than dread the idea of having to take the lead.
  • HSE Compliance: As an approved centre for ITC First and Qualsafe Awards, our qualifications are fully regulated. This means you can skip the lengthy HSE due diligence checks as we’ve already been vetted for you.
  • Tailored for your Industry: We provide specialist training for manufacturing, engineering, construction, schools (including Ofsted-compliant Paediatric First Aid), for those working in Forestry, including EFAW+F and FAW+F (+Forestry) and many more!
