Life Saving Training Sponsor The Stocksfield Vipers

Out on a training field in Northumberland in the village of Stocksfield, are a group of young talented lads.  They’re called the Stocksfield Vipers and are a dab hand (or should that be foot?) at the game of football.  They dart about the field with expert precision and skill in bright orange football shirts donned with the logo of Life Saving Training.

That’s right, Life Saving Training are proud to be the new sponsors of the Stocksfield Vipers U9’s for the following year.  We’re over the moon and really thankful to the team who are promoting our business in all training events and games for the 2017-2018 season.

It all came about through the power of social media and a call for a new sponsor to come forward.  The idea for twenty local businesses to each pay £20 to be entered into a draw to become the new sponsor was pitched and the response was overwhelming.

The funds were quickly raised and the draw took place during an exciting video posted on Facebook and it was luck of the draw for Life Saving Training!

As part of our sponsorship, we’re also going to be spending time with the team helping them to develop their own first aid and life saving skills. An essential part of being a good team player is being confident in looking after your team mates should something go wrong.

We’re really passionate about everyone having the skills and confidence to help others, in our homes and out and about in our communities so we’re super happy to be doing our bit.  The lads have a great team spirit and sense of humour so it should be a fun session!

To keep up to date with the team and how they’re getting on, there’s a fantastic blog written by Nate, one of the team players over at:
